Change a thought at breakfast with a smoothie that requires nothing more than the fruit usually lurking, at any given time, in most fruit bowls.


  • 1 small banana
  • 1 small pear
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 400ml orange or apple juice


Stage 1

Peel and roughly slice all the fruit and add it to the juice. Blitz together in a blender, then serve.
