Drizzle 3 green chilli peppers in a little salt and olive oil and roast in the oven for around 8 minutes. Add 6 small green apples, half an onion and a half cup of white sugar to a pan with just enough water to cover them, bring to boil. After roasting green peppers de-seed and chop, adding them to mixture. When everything in the pan has become stewed (should take 15-20 minutes) remove from heat and blitz! Delicious accompaniant to any meat, hot dog, burger, wrap the list is endless! The sweetness of the apple dilutes the heat from the chillies which means it's perfect for any age too!
