  • 4-5 slices sprouted-grain bread, toasted

  • cucumber
  • cherry tomatoes
  • onion
  • beans
  • 4-5 tablespoons orginal tofu spread
  • carrot
  • salad
  • olives
  • parsley microgreens


Stage 1

Toast the bread and spread the tofu on each slice.

Stage 2

Add the veggies on top of the toast.

Stage 3

Make silly vegetable faces for the little ones.

Stage 4

Tip: Ask your kid to help. It is a great way to get little ones creative at the table, and a fun way to sneak in vegetables.
