Ingredients

  • 1 Bagel, toasted
  • 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Orignal Tofu Spread
  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • Black pepper

Method

Stage 1

Lightly toast the bagel.

Stage 2

Spread tofu spread evenly over bagel.

Stage 3

Top with cherry tomato slices.

Stage 4

Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.

Stage 5

Tip: Make your own herb tofu spread by adding 1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh herbs to the tofu spread. Replace red cherry tomatoes with heirloom or yellow and orange cherry tomatoes.
