This mayonnaise is a delightful addition to any sandwich or wrap. Made without eggs or oil it is perfect for a whole food plant based lifestyle. Soak the cashews and the date for about one hour before putting the mayo together.


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard


Stage 1

Place all the ingredients into the goblet of a blender and whizz until smooth. Adjust seasoning to make the mayo awesome!

Stage 2

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 4 or 5 days.
