Summer porridge

Vegan breakfast


  • 250 ml water
  • 4 Tbsp. organic porridge oats
  • 1 Tsp. raw coconut oil
  • 120 g fresh raspberries
  • pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oat bran
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flower nectar


Stage 1

Put the water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Stage 2

Once it has come to the boil, add the porridge oats, oat bran, turn the heat down and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stage 3

Remove from the heat, stir in the coconut oil, coconut flower nectar and raspberries.

Stage 4

Pour it into the serving bowls and top with more fresh raspberries.
