  • 300ml Pimm’s
  • ½ apple, chopped
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 750ml American ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 good bunch of mint, broken into leaves
  • ½ orange, sliced
  • ice cubes (optional)


Stage 1

Pour the Pimm's into a sealable jug. Stir in the mint and fruits and freeze for 2–3 hours or chill until ready to transport.

Stage 2

To serve, stir in the ice, if using, and top up with ginger beer. Serve pronto.
