Ludlow Marches Food and Drink Festival
Ludlow, Shropshire

A three-day event, which includes a food fair inside Ludlow Castle and many other activities taking place throughout the town centre. Ludlow is well known for its specialist food shops, and there will be more than 130 independent food and drink producers and suppliers to browse around, with tastings, talks and demonstrations. Tickets cost £7 for adults.

25 September
The Festival of Life

Now in its seventh year, this unique one-day event features over 50 free talks and workshops and over 60 stalls covering everything from raw food demos and nutrition to self-healing and self-empowerment. In the evening there is a vibrant dance party, featuring live music, DJs and drumming. Tickets for the full day cost £10-12 for adults. Late ticket price (after 4pm) is

Great British Cheese Festival [pictured above]

Taking place at Cardiff Castle, this promises to be a cheese-lovers' paradise with plenty of options from producers that make vegetarian cheese, including ones from Wales the True Taste award-winning producers. Tickets are £8.50 for adults, with family tickets priced at £25.
