Northants Veggies are a small but strongly supported group of vegetarians and vegans in Northamptonshire, with our aim to promote a vegetarian and vegan life. We re-launched during National Vegetarian Week last year with stalls and a food event at a local hotel. This years veggie week activities included holding eight stalls during the week to publicise us, the Vegetarian Society and of course veggie food. For this we received the Local Hero award from Cauldron foods and the Vegetarian Society. We meet every month for a social activity, like meals out, barbecues and days out. We have a website and a Facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/northantsveggies so please feel free to have a look and join us.
